A leading Contracting Company working for KOC urgently requires an Architect Engineer.

Position: Architect Engineer (Visa Article-18, Transferable)

JOB KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:

1) Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering as a minimum qualification with at least Five (5) years of experience in maintenance and construction works.

2) Experience in MS office, MS Project and MS Access.

3) Experience in using latest version Auto CAD, Archi CAD Software, 3DS Max and Revet.

4) Must have a valid Kuwaiti Driving License.

5) Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

6) Kuwait Society of Engineers Membership is required.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Prepare Conceptual Architectural designs / Interior designs layout / drawings.

2) Prepare Architectural drawings (Plan, Elevations & Sectional Elevation) / Interior Design as needed by taking actual observation and measurement at site, and prepare cost estimates.

3) Prepare specifications for the materials, especially for finishing works and landscape drawings and cost estimate.

4) Prepare all necessary working drawings needed for construction, modification, renovation and enhancement / interior design works.

5) Supervisory capacity to serve as lead man for related activities and be aware of the latest Safety Regulations.

6) Prepare work schedules (Bar Charts, CPM’s).
