PWC Technology for Computers (PWCT) is a company wholly owned by Agility. PWCT provides e-Government solutions designed to facilitate trade, and improve customs and tax revenues. We offer governments a platform for multi-agency collaboration that facilitates paperless cross-border trade, offers speedier customs processing, and emphasizes transparency and visibility.

We have executed various types of IT modernization implementation and integration projects for customs administrations in countries such as Kuwait, Malaysia, Egypt, Pakistan, and Ghana. We are one of Agility’s enterprise solutions developers that consistently deliver highly successful IT projects.

The Role in Brief:

Performing the QC process for the developed software.

Your Responsibilities:

Execute testing plans & web-based solutions
Should have knowledge and experience of QC automation tools like Selenium or IBM rational suite.
Reporting application issues using tools like: JIRA, GEMINI and Microsoft Excel to communicate the status of the testing for the peers and the upper management
Use the tools and techniques that is selected by the QC lead/ Manager for the specific software project
Develop an extensive working knowledge of the internal products
Participate in developing testing plans,
Participate in developing training materials
Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users for solutions
Facilitate problem-solving between end user and development staff
Participate with development staff in testing new releases of the internal products

المهارات
Your Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Computer Science
Should be fluent in English & Arabic
As a plus, a certification in the QC field, like the ISTQB certification
Minimum of 2 years
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Very good knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web-based applications
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Good administrative skills and an ability to manage own workload

Your Proficiencies:

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially and QC and testing phase
Well familiar with Agile methodology.
Good skills in developing test cases.
Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
Ability to effectively communicate technical information
