Receiving calls from customer regarding the health of the ATM’s.
Updating customer on a day today basis through email or phone the status of the machine.
Coordinating with ground level people to check whether ATM has been attended for FLM or Replenishment.
Providing ATM demand through skywalker to CPC.
Entering all the data pertaining to ATM control room.
Coordinating with customer for any of the query regarding ATM’s.
Writing mail to customer for consumables or any other update.
Must adhere and comply with the G4S health and safety management system and policies and demonstrate where possible pro-active health and safety practices and leadership.

A sound knowledge of handling customer.
A sound knowledge of all procedures.
A thorough knowledge of all communication procedures.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Selection Criteria:
Excellent customer relation skills.
Suitable for analytical and problem solving skills.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
