Franchise Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the international operations of CAF international expansion. You will identify and establish ventures, franchises in accordance to CAF strategic plan.

Oversee international operations of the company in accordance to CAF manuals and standards
Oversee international projects in accordance to CAF timeline and standers
Work closely with COO to lead the execution of international expansion by studying potential opportunities and advice of the conclusion
Maintain a good relationship with CAF franchisees
Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives across international branches network that positively impact the customer experience.
Implement relevant metrics to drive and monitor the for cost, quality, delivery and service level.
Enforce food/beverage hygiene and safety programs in line with CAF standards and respective regulations.
Maximize performance of the services and production to achieve short-term and long-term plans.
Evaluate performance of the franchisee’s operations by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to provide appropriate decisions to increase operational efficiency of the businesses and enhancing customers’ experience.
Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers to negotiating best prices and identifying alternative suppliers to improve the quality of the offer.

المهارات
● Minimum bachelor’s degree (Masters is a plus).

● Bilingual (Arabic / English).

● Experience not less than 10 years (5 years in management).

● Knowledgeable about Franchising

● Strong in-depth knowledge of the industry and the regions that the company is operating.

● High negotiation skills.

● Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

● Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

● Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

● International, cross-cultural work experience required with a sensitivity to a multi-cultural global environment.

● Demonstrate knowledge of domestic and international laws, regulations and compliance requirements relating to the Food & Beverages industry.
