Lead Project Engineer

The lead Project engineer leads and manages our projects in-hand. Timely execution of the projects and managing the project budget are key skills we seek. Experience in Security Systems Industry is prefered.

Skills Required:

1. Strong Communication Skills

2. Experience in Automation Systems, Mechnical Systems, Electrical Systems, Security Systems (Preferable)

3. Ability to trouble-shoot technical issues.

4. Team Player

5. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

6. Kuwait Valid Driver’s License.

7. Minimum Language Requirement - English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate regularly with the team and clients to ensure client satisfaction, review client initiatives and team goals, and identify new business opportunities.

2. Manage the Projects in-hand and lead the project technical team.

3. Scheduling of the Projection execution.

4. Timely exection of Projects and excellent management of Project Budget.

5. Manage vendor relationships on behalf of the client to ensure technology goals are met.

Qualifications

1. Bachalor’s in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechnical Engineering or Equivalent.

2. 6+ years of Experience in Automation Systems/ Security Systems.

3. 2+ years of Experience in Project Management Prefered.
