Establish measure, monitor and adjust limits or levels of production capacity in order to execute all manufacturing schedules, production plan, master production schedule and material requirement plan
Execute production plan according to the Demand Forecast highlighting capacity actions to Management (any increase or decrease in manpower, overtime, and equipment necessary to fulfill such demand)
Ensure weekly production schedules are in compliance with the production plan or any necessary deviation thereon (sales trend).
Monitor daily production performance and ensure that all lines are operating to the standard productivity, efficiency, and utilization as planned with full compliance to the standard quality of the product
Manage daily production yields and works on minimizing rejects and controlling waste within allowable tolerances .
Identify the bottlenecks in production process
Ensure that all production workforces are adhering to standard operating procedures in order to meet product quality standards as well as machine operational instructions
Ensure adherence to materials handling and material usage procedures, making sure that only adequate quantities are being requested and issued to production in accordance to the load planned for every batch
Manage monthly departmental expenses report, highlights significant deviations against budgeted amounts for every expense category, and escalate the same to Management
Execute the process of trial runs of new products developed or quality improvement of old products in conjunction with Quality Control
Ensure standard operating parameters in all production lines are being totally complied with, such as speed, quality of raw material, etc.
Identify necessary scheduling of shifts, and oversee disciplinary matters for employees on the production floor
Prepare production and operating reports and contribute to the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimum costs
Identify personnel training, programs, established for Production line staff in conjunction with Quality Control and HR Department
المهارات
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc…)
Experience: 10 - 15 years in Production with reputed firms.
Linguistic Abilities: English & Arabic
Competencies:

Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to Production
Adequate knowledge and understanding of the Manufacturing industry and related leading Production practices.
