Installation, ongoing proactive system monitoring, fault resolution, system upgrades, administration, maintenance, availability, security, capacity management, operating system patching, backup management & system recovery of the IT infrastructure in order to provide an effective IT environment.
Maintenance of inhouse applications developed using .Net technology.
To respond to support requests, queries and emails from users. Investigate and resolve incidents reported by users
Determine the actions required to resolve incidents through the use of own technical experience, escalating to in-house expertise as required or by seeking external support to minimize the impact of system failure to individual users.
Undertake system fault finding, diagnosis, repair and re-commissioning tasks.
Undertake system repairs from the point of support request until the system has been returned to service and proven to be operational.
Record actions undertaken in the internal knowledge base.
Undertake Hardware/Operating System/Applications installation and configuration.
Ability to manage projects and supervise the work that is being assigned, and related documentations.
Providing training, technical documentations to the users on various system.
Learning and adapting to the latest technology according to the market changes.
Fair knowledge and awareness with core infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS and DHCP).
Fair knowledge of networking fundamentals, and basic troubleshooting of communication problem of wired/wireless devices.
Provide assistance with the planning, coordination, and delivery of identified IT projects.
Provide assistance with evaluation and procurement of IT hardware/software solutions.
Liaise with external service support organizations as required
