- Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid down standards, and always in a professional, courteous manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels in the restaurant.

- Ensure sideboards stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen and other service needs, be it food or equipment.

- Ensure that customers have an exceptional dining experience.

- Ensure the food is delivered in a timely manner and optimal food temperature.
