Sales and Marketing Manager Construction Materials (EAF Slag, Burnt Lime, By-Products)

Reporting to a GM Sales, the Sales Manager Construction Materials and By-Products will be primarily responsible for developing target accounts and maintaining and driving new business within Kuwait and neighbouring countries.  The ideal candidate would be based in the GCC or have substantial experience in the Region. Knowledge of Arabic Language is a plus for this position.

Responsible for the Sales of EAF and LF Slag, Burnt Lime and Dolomite, Filterdust and other By-Products;
Leads all sales and account/planning, forecasting, reporting, management efforts for assigned accounts within the territory;
Understands assesses and anticipates customers’ objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Acquires new customers for EAF Slag, LF Slag, Burnt Lime and Dolomite, other by-products
Responsible for escalated customer service issue follow-up, but not the primary contact point for issue resolution;

Brings expert core product specification knowledge of EAF Slag, LF Slag, Burnt Lime and Dolomite, other by-products, their application, and value to the customer
Must be able to accurately and professionally demonstrate all core products to customers and able to educate them on the advantage of using such materials as compared to competing products
Justifies and negotiates correct market value pricing for the assigned territory
Ca five years of experience in selling to Cement plans, Bitumen Producers, Road construction and landfill operators
