Description
Lead the organisation Learning & Development strategyImplement and guide a graduate programme across all countries of operationLead leadership development initiativesCreate and roll out an e-learning platformIdentify training needs and design training materialEngage with external vendorsMonitor and report on ROIDevelop succession planning and talent roadmaps

Profile
At least 8 years experience in a similar role in Learning & Development or Talent specialismMUST BE an Arabic speakerGCC experience and regional understandingConfident character, able to drive change and influence key stakeholdersCompetent in Training design and deliveryKnowledge of e-learning platforms and software

Job Offer

Salary KWD 1,800 plus a relocation allowance for candidates not based in Kuwait.
