Senior Analyst - BI Analytics & Reporting

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
· Translate business needs into technical specifications.
· Analyze business processes and requirements.
· Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals.
· Create and develop Dashboards, Reports, KPIs and ad hoc-reports.
· Create and maintain Metadata models.
· Create and maintain data integration jobs using PLSQL.
· Install and administrate BI application.
· Create and modify Users access.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
· Deployment of data to the data warehouse.
· Monitor the execution of ETL jobs.
· Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs.
· Implement new data analysis methodologies.
· Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization.
· Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
المهارات
Qualifications:
· College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
· Hands on development using Oracle PL/SQL.
· Working experience in IBM Cognos Analytics 11 (Report Studio, Event Studio, Framework Manager).
· Experience in IBM Cognos installation and configuration.
· Working experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouse and Data Marts.
· Working experience in ETL and data integration
· Retail experience is a plus.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
· Listening, Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
