Manage the entire Technology Unit end to end across various business & development life cycle.
Assess & define business requirement till the finest level of granularity using specifications that best suited to the process of development chosen to deliver the development life cycle
Handle teams spread across geography and equally to communicate internal stakeholders in the business
Manage the Open Source Web Technologies and Infrastructure which managing AWS, Linux platforms, Server End Caching Technologies
Determine and asses the architecture pattern based on Data Size, Data Volumes, and computing complexity to determine overall Infrastructure and application performance enhancement.
Planning release well for Business As Usual, Short Releases and Entire Project based on Business Priority and ensuring that entire development is carried out as per Release Management practices and equally hands-on experienced in conducting production release for LIVE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
Hands-on Mobility services on various platforms (iOS, Andriod.)
Support E-Commerce activities and oversee all activities related to technology implementation

Strong Knowledge of process-oriented development processes which are Agile, Kanban, Scrumban and Waterfall.
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Functional Knowledge of Retail and Online Retailing along with a strong sense of customer-facing domain
Experience in managing Open Source Web Technologies and Infrastructure which managing AWS, Linux platforms, Server End Caching Technologies
Strong Product Development Background for Building experiences which suffice and fit into requirement specification written by himself
Skilled in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering for development involving complex processes in consumer and operations space
Strong Knowledge of Database Architecture, Database Operations, System Architecture for both relational and non-relational DBMS like Maria DB, My SQL, Mongo, Elastic Search
Strong understanding of Web 2.0 Technologies which involves HTML, CSS, Javascript, HTTP, HTTPS FTP, and other infra related components and Web Server Technologies like Nginx, Varnish, Redis
Strong Knowledge Server End Open Source Technologies and Application Framework like Magento, Laravel, Shell Script along with hands and powerful programming background on languages PHP, Java and C++ specifically having OOPS and related multi framework concepts
Strong in Vendor Management and related processes of any engagement conducted by business
Strong in Project Management practices using proper project management methodologies and tools wherever applicable
Strong knowledge of Sub-Versioning processes of entire software and fragments of code using GIT so that entire development is carried in a disciplinary manner across teams spread into geography
