Daily follow up on the sales solution requirements.
Direct customer service with the client through direct communication (Calls, emails and Physical) with a professional manner during duty.
Enhance the Team resources and make sure that its recruited on the right tasks and fully operating in serving business needs Processing all sales support activities by serving the customers inquiries and verify the database updates in daily process
Archiving and Documentation, maintaining the process and assuring that the Sales Process is completed with full documents and activation process with References documenting.
Deliver an extraordinary customer service into completing and fulfilling client needs of daily requests reflecting VIVA Values
Agent will try upselling and cross selling current Enterprise base portfolio to give efforts return and upgrade service to enhance Enterprise revenue and cross adds
Complete and close daily TT / 155 inquiries with a complete follow up and updates to the clients
Deliver Customer Service and Support to All Enterprise Customers in Billing inquiries to fulfill the needs
Manage All requests and inquires related to accounts Payments and Financial reconciliation
Raise Adjustment SD thru system related to accounts and follow up to assume the completion of task in right figures that reflects on client satisfaction
Supervise and Operate Tasks related to MNP that ensures the Transaction meets business Needs
