Responsible for implementing AAW’s marketing strategies and activities as well as assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities of the assigned business division by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute in the development of the marketing strategy and plan related to concerned business division’s products and sales initiatives; monitor its implementation to ensure successful execution of the objectives and activities for all marketing mix elements (i.e. media, consumers/ trade promotions etc.) to support AAW’s business objectives.
- Provide input, develop and present advertising and marketing campaigns of the concerned business division as agreed with the Chief Marketing Officer and concerned GM which includes creative concepts and executions of campaign literature across all marketing channels within the agreed timescales.
- Plan the promotions of AAW business division with activities such as advertising in publications, preparing brochures, and developing other promotional vehicles.
- Develop and present the marketing campaigns including creative concepts and executions, media plan and budget information to the concerned GM and Chief Marketing Officer.
- Prepare the publications of all marketing & publicity materials to maximize brand promotion and ensure publications are printed on schedule and according to budgetary requirements.
- Ensure that all Marketing Communication initiatives e.g. advertising, promotion campaigns, giveaway items, etc. are executed in line with the marketing strategy to fulfil AAW’s objectives.
- Evaluate and monitor market dynamics for the concerned business division and accumulate insight by organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise AAW’s business division services awareness.
- Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies for the concerned business division.
- Liaise with other functions of Marketing & Customer Care Department and concerned business division to execute all marketing and advertisement campaigns effectively and in a timely manner.
- Assist in conducting research and collecting information used to help determine the demand and factors affecting the concerned business division and its products/services.
- Liaise and network with internal/external customers and media through the effective participation in events, conferences, seminars, gatherings, exhibitions, etc. for the concerned business division.
