الوصف الوظيفي 2. Provides high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department or function. a. Attend to all ACK staff and external parties’ inquiries that are received through the HR helpdesk email and ensure all inquiries are promptly answered. b. Collect and distribute incoming internal and external mail to relevant HR staff members and ensure promptness of outgoing mail processing. c. Forward department emails to concerned ACK staff with follow-up on personnel matters only. d. Coordinate with IT for the issuance of new access cards to concerned staff and distribute accordingly. e. Responsible for the stationary order of the department. 3. Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function. 4. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner. 5. Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks. 6. Follow the college rules and regulations. 7. Prepares routine and non-routine correspondence such as memos, letters, email and other correspondence as required. 8. Creates and maintains filing system. 9. Data input on Mena-HR pertaining employee relations functions. 10. Assists in conducting employee surveys. 11. Support employee engagement projects and motivational activities. 12. Assist with analyzing data on employee turnover, employee satisfaction surveys and other metrics in order to enhance and improve HR programs and services. 13. Undertake other duties as required by the Senior Manager. |
