#Business_Process_Management (BPM) –Designer/Analyst
•Minimum two years’ experience in solutions including HRMS, ECM, CMS and BI tools operate. An understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML and other key protocols is also desirable.
#SAP_HANA_Database_Administrator
•Minimum 4 years in DBA (can be other vendors) work experience and be vendor certified DBA (SAP-HANA)
#OpenText_ECM_Administrator
•Minimum 3 years in ECM OpenText Content Server Certified or equivalent experience with OpenText ECM products
#J2EE_Developer for Medical & Dental Apps
•JSP and one scripting language(Javascript,/JQuery). I would advise you to get a good grip on HTML/XHTML fundamentals too. Clients nowadays are very particular about UI design.
•At least one application server ( Weblogic/Websphere/JBoss) you should be having some knowledge about.

•Bachelor in Engineering (4 years duration) preferably in Computer/Electronics/IT.
