** A Big International Firm Operating a Mega Construction Projects (Roads, Water treatment, Infrastructure.. Etc) Located in Kuwait Needs Engineers For a Project in Albania & Tajikistan:
1- Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) (Albania):
-- He/she shall be the Manager / Coordinator of the Site Supervision Team, with responsibility for supervision, any revisions to the design of the Works and for all reporting.
-- During the Inception Period and DLP the Chief Resident Engineer shall be present in accordance with the Consultant’s proposal and as required for successful completion of the Services.
-- He/she shall have at least a University Degree in Civil Engineering.
-- He/she shall be fluent in English.
-- He/she should have worked preferably 15 years, but as a minimum 10 years, in international experience in supervising civil engineering projects in the highway sector.
-- He/she should have worked 8 years as Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Engineer’s Representative /Supervisor’s Representative in service contracts in charge of supervision of works contracts for construction or reconstruction of infrastructure projects related to roads, and urban infrastructure, including a minimum of 5 (five) years with international experience in supervising civil engineering projects in the highway sector.
2- Site Supervision Engineer (Albania):
-- He/she shall have at least a University Degree in Civil Engineering.
-- He/she shall be fluent in English.
-- He/she should have worked preferably 15 years but as a minimum 8 (eight) years in design/supervision/construction of large infrastructure projects (roads, rail, airports).
-- He/she should have worked preferably 8 years but as a minimum 5 years in the position of site supervision engineer in service contracts as part of supervision consultant team, in charge of supervision of works for construction or reconstruction of large infrastructure projects (roads, rail, airports).
3- Electrical Engineer (Part Time) (Tajikistan):
-- For international experts:
-- At least bachelor’s degree (engineering) in relevant field for which position expert is assigned.
-- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of working experience in developing countries, including working experience found in Central Asian region, preferably in Tajikistan.
-- Participated in at least one similar project where he/she held similar functions.
-- Knowledge of international standard and norms in the field for which position expert is assigned.
-- Good knowledge of English and excellent reporting and computer skills.
-- Should have supervision experience for laying the large size welded steel pipes, Cathodic protection of steel pipelines and installation of 10 KV transmission lines.
