We are looking for a professional individual to help us operating a festival happening on the beach in Salmiya during the FIFA worldcup 2022.

This 6000m2 festival with a fan-zone, games, food-festival and VIP area will require to have host(esses) at key locations so we are starting with the recruitment of their manager!

This operations manager will help us with:

-Hiring event host(esses)

-Training

-Creating/managing staff working schedule

-Outfits sourcing

-Managing staff on-site during this one month long festival

Since the festival is starting on November 20th, we need to start asap so this job offer is targeting people available to start right now.

The duration of the contract will be 3 month
