Job Responsibilities:
• Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties to the highest levels.
• To liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and the provision information.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of all the warehouses by monitoring system
• Maintain all incidents forms and site occurrence book.
• To provide regular liaison and timely feedback to the manager on all aspects of service delivery.
• Implementing effective solutions and corrective action to enhance the security service.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the operations.
• Ensure a timely response to all security issues and events.
• To develop excellent working relationships.
Primary Duties of a warehouse Security officer:
• Control access to the property.
• Enforce company all rules and regulations.
• Handle safety & security violations.
• Monitor for potential safety & security issues.
• Investigate and report safety & security incidents.
• Reporting all types of incidents & accidents.
Skills:
• PC literate, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft is essential (word, excel, PowerPoint & outlook)
Experience:
• Minimum 01- 02 years
• Experience in time management / prioritizing
• Previous security control room experience / warehouse safety & security operations
• Working in 24/7 night shift operation
