Urgently Required Export Manager For Multinational company in Kuwait
Relevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Business, MBA preferred
• 5-7 years in similar role
• Must have experience and success managing international distributors
• Knowledge of the retail (Electronics preferred) industry
• Ability to champion elements of a successful strategy into new markets
• Experience of identifying and securing successful distribution arrangements, typically in the GCC & Levant region.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth and profitability in the retail industry
• Knowledge of local distribution protocols and incremental business channels
• Ability to set and manage budgets for all aspects of sales and marketing
• Ability to travel where required to present to and meet with distribution partners
• A high level of energy, commitment and enthusiasm
Bilingual – English & Arabic essential. Arab National preferred
Key Responsibilities - (Four or five bullets points which summaries the key responsibilities)
• Manage sales and marketing relationships with all existing international customer within GCC & Levant.
• Develop and implement plans to establish our clients capability
• Prepare and achieve export annual sales plans
• Work in close cooperation with our clients operations, marketing, training and clinical personnel to support the needs of international customers
• Establish effective local marketing and PR to maximise demand pull.
• Establish strong relationships with distribution partners to maximise breadth of distribution in each territory
• Build the brands across the territories, seeking opportunities for licensing in and licensing out of content
• Identify and secure profitable content for each brand in the relevant territories to support growth
