Site Engineer

Job Profile

 Supervision of the construction of PV Power Plants in Jordan and throughout the MENA Region
 Participation in the Project management team

Key Responsibilities
 Supervision of the overall construction activities
 Report writing, organisation and controlling of works
 Supervision and monitoring of subcontractors
 Certifications checking and approval of works performed
 Coordination with the logistics and administrative department for equipment deliveries
 Compliance with standards and regulations of the Jordanian (or other applicable) legislation
 Cooperation with local utility company and compliance with their standards
 Effectively apply the company’s methodology and enforce project execution accordingly
 Tracking progress through a creation and monitoring of a solid project plan
 Responsible for the Health and Safety Plan execution and monitoring

Personal Skills/Qualifications
 University degree of Electrical (or Mechanical) Engineer
 Proficient knowledge of electrical design (low – middle voltage, transformers, inverters, switchboards, grounding, lightning, etc)
 Review/approval of engineering documentation
 Capability of managing projects of large scale and of high technical standards
 Strong communication and time management skills
 Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Renewable Energy projects
 English language is a must – Arabic language is also expected
 1-3 years minimum experience in a similar position
 Preference for young, enthusiastic individuals with a keenness to learn and evolve within the Renewable Energy Industry
