Your tasks:
Telephone customer support for outbound Calls.
General product and service information to existing clients and potential new customers.
Managing customer data
Advising clients regarding our services
Sell additional services
Your profile :
Very good in German
Highly motivated individual
flexibility in terms of working hours (Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00)
