First Officer Training Programme is designed to create airline-ready
pilots.We will train students up to the level at which the airlines will
recruit them. This programme allows students to adopt airline culture and
operational procedures. Our mission is to get work done on time and we
have the capacity to support this.
The objective of this programme is to prepare a pilot for advanced
practical training at the airline’s training center where future First
Officers will undergo various assessments and complete simulator training
for turboprop aircraft or heavy jets.
The intensive study period is spread over 60 weeks and the training is
conducted at a controlled airport exposing cadets to a professional
environment.

Type Rating Programe :Airbus A320
.Multi Crew Cooperation -MCC 32 hours
.Crew Resource Management -CRM 5days
.Jet Orientation Training -JOT 16 hours
Airbus A320 Type Rating -TR 36 hours
.Line Oriented Flight Training -LOFT 4 hours
.Airbus A320 Theoretical knowledge Instruction -TKI CBT 10 Days VPT 40 hours
*Ground Training in this package consist of both classroom instruction and
computor based training .All the very latest technology is used to refine
your skills inculding a new Airbus Virtual Procedures Trainer.*
*Line Training Programe:*
In Line Training Programe ,its inculdes 200 hours on Airbus 320 . While
Going through this Hours Applicant have to give a checks after completing
100 hours on Airbus 320 and on reaching 200 hours.
Stipend of 700$ is provided during Line Training Programe.
