Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Technical Knowledge Areas:
Experience in Siebel CSR application with banking domain, Fraud Alert monitoring;
Experience in Internet Banking, IVR application with banking domain;
Good knowledge in card management application which involves ATM, Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Sound knowledge in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications;
Extensive experience in Manual Testing - Integration testing, System testing, Regression testing and Database testing;
Sound knowledge in Test Preparation Cycle of SDLC.
