Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Technical Knowledge Areas:
Very good knowledge of banking IT systems and applications;
Very good knowledge of banking operations and requirements;
Knowledge and understanding of Problem Reporting and Change Request methodology and processes
Knowledge of configuration management process;
Very good knowledge of the programming languages and operating systems, e.g. UNIX, SQL, Java, .Net, Visual Basic;
Advanced knowledge of the SDLC process and components;
Very good knowledge of testing tools and automation technologies.
