* Understanding of the followi languages: C#, XML, * ASP.NET, AJAX, CSS, WCF, WWF, HTML and SQL
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Develop custom web parts and must have good knowledge in SharePoint object model (API).
* Develop custom site and List definitions (templates)
* Customize and design SharePoint Masterpage, layouts and template creation using SharePoint Designer
* Knowledge in SharePoint configuration such as sites , web parts , Lists and workflows
* Develop custom SharePoint features using Visual Studio 2008/2010. Package and Deploy SharePoint Solutions (WSP)
* Knowledge in WCM stack specially in branding and building public facing sites
* Knowledge in InfoPath and form services development
* Build custom SharePoint workflows using Visual studio or SharePoint designer
* SharePoint 2010 knowledge is a must
