The administrative assistant will have following responsibilities:
• To deal with all practicalities in relations with missions, trainings and meetings organized within the framework of the gender project; these include sending invitation letters, contacts with stakeholders, booking flights and hotels, budget calculation and management, accounting, logistics, etc.
• To ensure follow-up with EMHRN member organizations, translators/interpreters, researchers and stakeholders on administrative/logistical matters including payment, reimbursements, miscellaneous information, etc.
• To deal with the administrative work of the EMHRN Amman office including budget management, book keeping, financial and narrative reports to the authorities, daily tasks, answering phones, etc.
• To assist the Copenhagen office in preparing the financial reports for the donors.
• To assist the EMHRN Gender Coordinator in her various daily tasks.
