1) Manage and Supervise the Construction Works
2) Manage the Sub-Contractors
3) Arrange and attend the meetings and all other communications with the key project stakeholders such as the Client
4) Preparing the various project plans included but NOT limited to Time Schedule, Risk plans, Resource Plans, Materials Plans, Cost Plan …etc
5) Manage and Supervise the Design Shop-drawings
6) Reporting to the Upper management on the updates and evaluation, recommendations, ..etc
7) Responsible on any other tasks related to Project Management
Qualifications:
* Preferred experience in Hotels and multi-storey buildings
* Preferred to be PMP certified
* Experience of working on the Primavera or at least MS Project
* Preferred to have an experience at Middle East Countries included Gulf countries
