1-Provide support to the Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation
2-Prepare monthly variance report with associated footnotes
3-Develop, design and establish reporting standards.
4-Provide support to the departments by gathering and analyzing data
5-• Assist in proposal development for new business opportunities
6-Conduct performance review and provide feedback to staff for improvements
7-Ensure all project-related documents are properly updated and maintained
8-Provide technical support and guidance to project team to achieve project objectives.
9-• Establish priorities and meet deadlines set by the organization
10-• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be able to work independently in any environment
• Be able to work with management in establishing priorities and deadlines for the team
• Be able to form strong, positive relationships with beneficiaries, staff, donors, governmental bodies and community leaders.

• Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions
• MA/M.Sc. or BA/BSc from an accredited university, or advanced training in development, law, engineering, or other programs related discipline strongly preferred.
15-Fluency in English(Writing ,Speaking & reading) is a must.
16-• Extraordinary initiative and motivation, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills, highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and Word), web applications, and database software.
