1) Control Room Supervisor
Job Description:
Technical expertise regarding process controls, system operations and overall process efficiency of all utilities.
Duties :
Assist in process troubleshooting.
Assist in shutdown planning and execution. Assist in efforts to optimize plant operations.
Must adhere to all COMPANY’s policies and safety rules. Must be able to work rotating shifts and extended hours. Record the performances of the machines.
Solve process problems that may arise in any appliance.
Oversee start-up and maintenance gas turbines and related utilities. Keeping Operations Coordinator informed of progress.
Experiences / Skills :
Bachelor in industrial engineering (Instrument, Electrical or equivalent).10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and minimum 5 years as Control Room Supervisor in Gas Turbine Power Plant.
Good English knowledge.
Process focused, detail oriented, with an aptitude for the interpretation of process data.
Strong oral, written, listening, documenting, teaching and communication skills.
Knowledge on all utilities system. Knowledge on rotating equipment. Good interpersonal skill.
2) Control Room Operator
Job Description:
He ensures the process controls, system operations and overall process efficiency of all utilities. Planning and other functions and to manage these tasks directly.
The key challenge is to maintain power production and distribution and asset integrity, within specific guidelines.
Duties :
Ensure the relevance and timeliness of actions for relief to maintain the operation of the facilities,
Ensure the adjustment of parameters
Ensure the regular survey of the operating parameters. Ensure surveillance at all times control panels.
Ensure the implementation of all safety and operation instructions. Ensure the quality of oil and water within the parameters of the functioning of units
Permanent parameters control of operation plant and ensures their compliance with the required standards.
Shall ensure vigilant of the normal functioning of installations by a regular control and immediate relief, actions.
Proceeds, if necessary, to startup the facilities.
Reports failures and raises the actions necessary to put the equipment to operation according the normal parameter.
Takes major operating parameters and writes in the register. Monitors Constantly the control panels.
Analyzes situations and remedies any anomaly. Apply all safety and operating procedure.
Experiences / Skills :
Senior technician or High School Chemistry, Production, Mechanical or equivalent.
Professional Experience: 03 years
Fluent English language.
3) GTGs Engineer
Job Description:
Responsible for the operating conditions of power generators.
Duties :
Preparation of process equipment for start-up, run-up, control over operating and process parameters.
Taking readings of instruments.
Preparation of process equipment for technical, scheduled and corrective maintenance.
Performance of activities provided by an emergency response plan. Keeping Operations Coordinator informed of progress.
Experiences / Skills:
Bachelor in industrial engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent). with 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and minimum 3 years as CTGs Supervisor in Gas Turbine Power Plant.
Good English knowledge.
Must be familiar with design, operating principles, technical specifications, O&M;procedure of process equipment.
Be able to read drawings, process flow charts and diagrams.
Must know properties of petroleum associated gas, lubricants and cooling fluids.
Good interpersonal skill.
