• Knowledge in Alcatel PBX;
• Certification in Alcatel;
• Knowledge of the main network protocols (FTP, SNMP, RTMP);
• Advanced Microsoft Office 2007/2010 User
• Basic knowledge of the IT Services management model based on ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL and COBIT recommendations;
• English Language level: not less than Upper Intermediate.
