Position: Financial Manager required
Location: Sharjah
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, or coordinate accounting, investing, bank position, insurance, securities, and other financial activities of the company
• Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments
• Recruit staff members
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets
• Oversee training programs.
• Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, loan collateral, or securities to ensure safekeeping.
• Develop or analyze information to assess the current or future financial status of the company.
• Approve, reject, or coordinate the approval or rejection of personal loans.
• Examine, evaluate, or process loan applications.
• Monitor the evaluation of financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.
• Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses.
• Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
• Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts on companies.
• Direct insurance negotiations, select insurance brokers or carriers, and place insurance.
• Submit delinquent accounts to attorneys or outside agencies for collection.
• Review reports of securities transactions or price lists to analyze market conditions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts.
• Analyze and coordinate with higher management regarding bank position.
Requirements:
• Financial admin analytical skills
• Advanced Accounting Software Knowledge
• Exemplary Leadership and team building skills
• Sound Ability to determine monetary policies
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills
• Electronic mail software knowledge
• ERP software knowledge, preferably Epromis
• Excellent understanding of monetary systems, cash flow and management; as well as clear understanding of the organizational structure and system.
• At least 12 years experience in the #uae as a #financialmanager only
• Advanced knowledge in banking systems, reports and all related
• Any Database Software Qualifications are a plus
• Calculative, critical thinker and a fast decision-maker
• Great familiarity with UAE laws And regulations in the context of finance
• Sound business and administrative knowledge
