Job Title: Accountant required
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: Upto AED 6k/ month + other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
Job Overview:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP).
• Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
• Perform comprehensive accounting and tax service.
• Monitor the cash flow position and ensure adequate fund for operation.
• Recording all financial transactions daily
• Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
• Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to the line manager
• Performing account reconciliations, bank deposit entry, tracking of daily charge bill reconciliation & receipt entry
• Processing income statements, balance sheets and other management account reports, under the supervision of the line manager
• Reviewing expenditures of the company such as petty cash expenses, stationary & telephone etc.
• Coordinate & facilitate Annual Financial Audit Process.
• Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by the line manager

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Microsoft Office suite

• Time Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience required.
