Qualifications:
• Looking for a candidate to market construction chemical products to traders.
• Preferred experience, especially in the waterproofing, industrial flooring, and concrete treatment sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of construction chemicals, waterproofing, and related products.
• Strong networks and relationships within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a plus.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Experience and working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our product range.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and project delivery.
