We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative-Arabic for our client from FURNITURE &FITOUT;industry based in Sharjah.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years of customer service experience in the UAE.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is required.
• Native Arabic candidates with excellent fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
