Research and Development Engineer- Stainless steel products
Job description:
• Study, research, design & develop various styles of stainless steel products manufacturing as per knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, with a focus on function, safety, durability and cost.
• Good knowledge in stainless steel handrail, canopy, bollards, column cladding, wall cladding, foot rails, benches, and cabinets for architectural elements, healthcare, and hospitality industry
• Detail oriented and diagnosing problems in the production and new product development
• Obtaining any materials, outsourcing and equipment required.
• Providing detailed response for product and technical requests
• Source required accessories required for the development of products.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD &SOLID;works for generating sample designs and detailed product designs.
• Modify and improve existing product range of stainless steel products and conform to the changes in trends to increase customer acceptance.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+:years of design engineering experience
• Experience in stainless steel processes and programming.
• Ability to produce quality work on time according to schedule and deadline
• Good attention to details
• Proficient in English -written and verbal communication skills
