Job description
Should be able to communicate with clients about the services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Analyzed blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for ongoing projects.
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Calculating client quotations Negotiating tender and contract terms.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.

Work Details
Generate Inquires and Leads by identifying Prospects
Regular Sales follow up of all quotations and order negotiations/finalizations
Achieve Sales objectives and Targets
Negotiate with Customers on price, costs, delivery and specifications, Job finalization and Order Handling
Preparation Estimation BOQ
Preparation of techno-commercial offer based on the Estimated BOQ
Develop new sales inquiry Knowledge of Autocad 3D and Solid works and preparation of BOQ
Preparation of material Submittal and related documents for Project support
Monitor Project / Site Progress
