الوصف الوظيفي The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has experience in selling plots/lands in the UAE with a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, prospecting, and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities: Meet with qualified customers and close sales. Generate potential clients from own data. Present the value of the company and the product Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base Own and hit/exceed sales target constantly Handle objections and conclude with prospects Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Minimum 3-years Real Estate experience in selling plots/lands in UAE. Knowledge of Sharjah Real Estate Market is an advantage Must have strong interpersonal skills, Ability to achieve sales target and work independently, professional, organized, and presentable.
