BCI UAE - Opportunity Head of Sales – Coating Raw Materials
Location: HFZ - Sharjah
Job Description:
• Propose in cooperation with the Tech & Commercial Manager the 3 years annual business plan and budget for the UAE and other markets and follow up its successful implementation for the following products:(Coating Raw Material polyurethane, epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, etc. for various applications from floor coatings, wood, marine, and metal coatings developed and to be developed by BCI
• Oversight and assist the business development function including market penetration strategies and distributor appointments and relationships with Tech & Commercial Manager
• Recommends new product developments to meet the market need of each customer
• Oversee all necessary regulatory approvals for the product launches
• Assist in securing necessary technical approval for new product
• Support all sales and marketing activities in the area
• Assist to maximizes revenues by achieving the highest possible netbacks
• Oversight and support trials and qualifying new grades at end users
• Assist in implementing risk assessment criteria
• Assist in initiating a productive relationship with customers
• Prepare the monthly stewardship report
Requirements:
• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Field
• A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in coatings raw materials
• Competent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong verbal/presentation and communications skills
• A positive attitude, cooperative, and hardworking
• Sound organizational and time-management skills
• UAE Driving License is a must
