Hiring Contact Center Operations Manager - Sharjah (UAE)
• 5+ yrs. of relevant job exp. from a Contact Center background is a must preferably either from Banking / Financial Services / Insurance or Healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills, articulate in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Has managed overall SLA’s, personnel, performance & discipline in the assigned area.
• Has handled 50+ staff/per SPOC ratios.
• Established & monitored clear mgt. control, business common & administrative procedures with the ops team.
• Candidate preferred to be available in the UAE currently.
