Customer attendants (VIP and Exotic Ice Cream sales)

الوصف الوظيفي
To operate as an active member of the Ice Cream Parlour team.

To provide excellent customer service standards at all times.

You must be very customer focused and be outgoing and jolly at all times.

To help look for ways to increase sales in the Ice Cream parlour.

To contribute to the maintenance of the Due Diligence for given areas of responsibility ensuring that it is kept up to date at all times.

To ensure that the level of fill and agreed high standards are consistently maintained throughout the day.

To ensure maximum stock availability.

To maintain high standards of hygiene – personally and throughout out the store.

To play a proactive role in the overall operations of the store maintaining first class standards at all times.

To maintain vigilance in protecting the Company assets.

To fulfil any other work duties which may be required of you.

المهارات
Minimum 1 years’ experience in FMCG ice cream/dairy category is a must

Previous experience in Food Service channel (hotel, restaurants, and cafes) is a plus

Good in computer skills (MS Office Suite etc.)

Tech Savvy on social media platforms

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Positive, motivated attitude

Ability to work independently with initiative

Salary will commensurate with experience

Position offered will also be based on experience
