Inventory of the work systems in the entity and determine their roles in achieving the targeted outputs.
Providing information about the targeted work outputs, preparing technical reports regarding them and submitting them to stakeholdersn.
Evaluate solutions and validate their effectiveness by assessing potential shortcomings in implementation.
Providing information about the systems and applications used in the entity and determining how they affect the quality of the outputs.
