Student Success Councelor

Sharjah Education Academy is looking for Student Success Councelor to join its team, The person in this role possess a deep commitment to assist student academy in their overall development, the ability to engage student in the learning process through programs and personal contract, and the capacity to work cooperatively, with various department to this end
Qualification and required experience for this person include:
• Master degree in counseling / guidance, social work, or related field through an accredited program
• Meet relevant UAE government and ministry guidelines to practice as a mental health counselor
• Minimum 1 year of experience in school or mental health counseling, preferably with an education setting
• Have appropriate graduate level coursework and be capable to demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities in mental health assessment
• Experience working with diverse population and recognize the importance of inclusive excellence
