Certification: CCNA
Skills:
• Security: Sophos, IDS/IPS, OpenDNS, Scripts and GPO’s
• Virtualization: VMWare Workstation 11/12, VMware VSphere Esxi
• Storage System: Synology, NAS Storage w/ High Availability, Buffalo
• CCTV/Surveillance System: Hardware Installation, Software Configuration and Management. Analog/IP Camera, DVR and NVR.
• End User and Client Computer Support: On-site and through phone analysis and troubleshooting of both software and hardware issues
