We are looking for a results-driven salesperson in our used vehicles business. Responsibilities include understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for sale and the ability to communicate this information effectively to potential customers.
To be successful, besides having a passion for sales one should be up-to-date with the type of vehicles dealt by our showroom, furthermore one should be able to identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and close the deal without supervision.
Responsibilities:
Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and aligning them to the most appropriate vehicle.
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of the vehicle, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparison of different viable models.
Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of more sales in the future.
Maintaining a customer database and regularly communicating with them.
Assisting customers with the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed and co-ordinate will the customer until the deal is closed and vehicle is taken by the customer.
Reporting to the sales manager/Purchase Manager regarding the cars necessitated by the potential customers.
Coordinating with other team members/staff in order to close the deal and ensuring a hassle-free transaction and follow up for the export documents with relevant parties if the car has been sold for export.

Requirements:
An associate’s degree or a high school diploma.
A proven track record in motor vehicle sales in GCC for a minimum of 3 Yrs.
A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude as most of the customer will be of high profile.
The ability to be competitive while maintaining the customers best interests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Must be fluent in English, (French, Arabic) any other language considered an Advantage.
Preferred Indian National.
Willing to work extra hours to achieve targets.
Excellent Telephonic communication skills.
