Joinery Draughtsman

We are looking for Joinery Draughtsman
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes
• Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions
• Prepare the joinery cutting list for all loose wooden/sofa/mattress, furniture and case goods
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Communicating with customers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience working with the joinery/furniture manufacturing company.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Self-reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D modeling, Photoshop Adobe,
• Ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
• Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
Location: Sharjah
Arabic Language and Valid UAE Driving License in MUST
