Co-ordinator Vacancy
Prior experience working with Manpower Supply companies and UAE driving License will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities includes:
• Preparing Monthly Invoices.
• Verifying timesheets.
• Maintaining Inward & Outward Payment Logs.
• Updating Monthly Costing Sheets.
• Coordinating with Site Team for various documents & proper execution of works.
• Keeping track of different Legal documents like Trade license, worker visa & passport, LPO, Contracts, Insurance, Bank documents etc.
• Negotiation with client for Purchase orders & work orders.
• Procuring required materials for proper functioning of office & site works.
• Carrying out Government related works which includes renewal of Trade license, worker visa, immigration & labor updates.
