About the Client:

A German company that supplies high-quality window, door and façade systems made from aluminium, PVC-U and steel.

Job Description:

Support the operations team in creating sales order documents, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data
Update the account status of the customer as per the Operations Department
Achieve Key performance Indicators provided by the Operations Manager
Keep the Sales Manager advised on status and submit required reports
Always establish a good relationship between the customer and the company to secure future business

المهارات
Qualifications:

Open to ANY nationality
45 years old and below
Minimum 3 years of work experience on the same role, preferably from aluminum façade industry
With experience handling logistics activities (shipping & invoicing)
Excellent administrative skills and experienced in using ERP systems
Skilled in basic word processing, spread sheet applications, and using Microsoft Office applications
