Promocell llc. Is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities in UAE and the Region especially.
Promocell is a Below-The-Line (BTL) Marketing and Advertising agency that provides many services from Production of POSM, to permanent or part-time staffing (promoters, sales reps, sales associates…), to corporate and public event organization and exhibitions.
A fixed salary with a commission structure is available for this position.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, outgoing and organized individual who has an understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. The candidate will ideally have previous sales experience and demonstrate strong communication skills.
You will have the ability to take initiative and be quick to grasp procedures and tasks.
Responsibilities
Develop innovative strategies for new markets.
Overlook sales across the UAE and other countries on the region.
Provide assistance on projects and implementation processes.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Put in place standardized processes for prospecting and lead generation and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Take ownership of accounts – keeping clients satisfied and loyal.
Maintain Sales Data - organize and build a proficient pipeline.
Search competitors and identify their Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
Facilitate contact when clients need support
المهارات
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role; if in the same field a major plus.
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
University degree is a plus
