Packing Officer

الوصف الوظيفي
LIN SCAN is looking for a professional and experienced Packing Officer under visit or cancelled visa ready to join their organization immediately.

Requirements.

Create shipping documents (inv/pl) based on production pl
Check customs requirements country of destination (COO, fumigation, license for customs clearance etc)
Control of packing as per packing policy of LS
Check customs mode (temporary/permanent) with customs broker/project manager
Preparing and check shipping inv/pl after receiving information from project manager regarding packing details for demob
Agree with customs broker inv/pl for shipping
After receiving confirmed quotation from Roman/Hanna - booking with forwarder agent/sea lines and checking AWB/Sea Way Bill.
Arrange customs clearance in UAE/country of destination and delivery from airport/sea port to HO (after receiving confirmed quotation from Roman/Hanna)

المهارات
· Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant)

· 3-5 years of experience in mobilization/demobilization

· Packaging Concept Knowledge

· ILI tools concepts knowledge

· Warehouse working knowledge.

· Awareness of working in ERP

· Knowledge of English language, working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
